✨ Natural Moroccan Siwak — A Traditional Toothbrush
Natural Moroccan Siwak is a tied bundle of dry, fibrous plant strands prepared for traditional oral care. Also known as siwak, miswak, sewak, souak, سواك and مسواك, it is the familiar natural toothbrush used across Morocco, North Africa and the wider Arab world. The strands are brown, woody and fibrous; when one end is softened and opened, its fibres form a small brush for the teeth and gums.

Siwak has long held a place in daily Moroccan and Arab grooming traditions. It was traditionally used to clean the mouth, freshen the breath and massage the gums through gentle brushing. In Islamic tradition, using the miswak before prayer is a well-known act of personal cleanliness and preparation. Families also kept it as a simple, portable alternative to a conventional toothbrush.

- ✂️ Cut or trim a small piece from one end of a strand.
- 💧 Soak that end in clean water until the fibres soften.
- 🌿 Gently peel or chew away the outer layer to reveal the fine fibres beneath.
- 🪥 Brush teeth and gums softly with the opened fibres, then rinse the brush end after use.
- 🔄 Trim the used tip and prepare a fresh end when the fibres become worn.

- Choose one clean strand from the bundle.
- Place one end in a small glass of clean water until it is flexible.
- Remove the softened outer layer from the tip and separate the fibres with clean fingers.
- Use the prepared end as a natural brush; keep the remaining bundle dry.

🌤️ Storage
Keep the unused bundle in a clean, dry and well-ventilated place away from humidity and direct sunlight. After preparing a strand, let it dry between uses and trim the end regularly to keep the fibres fresh.

Important to know
- Change-of-mind return: You pay the return delivery cost. The original delivery fee (MAD 20 within Safi or MAD 40 to other cities) is not refundable, but no hidden delivery fee is deducted from orders that qualified for free delivery.
- Incorrect, damaged, or defective item: We cover the agreed return cost and offer a replacement when available or a refund.
- Refund method and timing: Approved refunds are sent by bank transfer, Cash Plus, or Wafacash within 7 business days after we receive, inspect, and approve the return.
- Opened or used products: Personal care products, oils, herbs, soaps, incense, and similar products cannot be returned for a change of mind. This does not apply to an incorrect, damaged, or defective product.
- Order cancellation: You can cancel before the order is handed to the delivery company. After dispatch, the return conditions above apply.

Delivery
