✨ Natural Gum Arabic Resin — Clear Amber Tears
Natural Gum Arabic Resin is the dried tree gum known as gum arabic, gum acacia, acacia gum and Acacia gum. In Arabic it is called صمغ عربي and صمغ الهشاب. These irregular tears range from clear and pale gold to amber and reddish brown, with a firm, glassy texture that softens when prepared with water. It is a simple natural material with a long place in household cupboards and traditional recipes.

In Arab and African household traditions, gum arabic was stirred into drinks and used in kitchen preparations. It was traditionally prepared for throat comfort and digestive comfort, and its gentle binding quality made it useful in syrups, sweets and other homemade mixtures. Changed your mind? Contact us within 7 calendar days. Keep the product unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Damaged, wrong, or missing item? Tell us within 48 hours and send your order number and clear photos.

Important to know
- Change-of-mind return: You pay the return delivery cost. The original delivery fee (MAD 20 within Safi or MAD 40 to other cities) is not refundable, but no hidden delivery fee is deducted from orders that qualified for free delivery.
- Incorrect, damaged, or defective item: We cover the agreed return cost and offer a replacement when available or a refund.
- Refund method and timing: Approved refunds are sent by bank transfer, Cash Plus, or Wafacash within 7 business days after we receive, inspect, and approve the return.
- Opened or used products: Personal care products, oils, herbs, soaps, incense, and similar products cannot be returned for a change of mind. This does not apply to an incorrect, damaged, or defective product.
- Order cancellation: You can cancel before the order is handed to the delivery company. After dispatch, the return conditions above apply.

Delivery
