✨ Dried Lemon Verbena Leaves — Morocco’s Fragrant Louiza
Lemon verbena is a fragrant dried leaf known in Morocco as louiza or luiza (اللويزة), in French as verveine citronnée, and botanically as Aloysia citrodora, also called Lippia citriodora. The loose leaves in the photograph range from pale green to golden beige, with fine stems and a clean, lemon-like aroma that opens in hot water. Its soft citrus character makes louiza a familiar cupboard herb for a quiet cup at home.

Important to know
- Change-of-mind return: You pay the return delivery cost. The original delivery fee (MAD 20 within Safi or MAD 40 to other cities) is not refundable, but no hidden delivery fee is deducted from orders that qualified for free delivery.
- Incorrect, damaged, or defective item: We cover the agreed return cost and offer a replacement when available or a refund.
- Refund method and timing: Approved refunds are sent by bank transfer, Cash Plus, or Wafacash within 7 business days after we receive, inspect, and approve the return.
- Opened or used products: Personal care products, oils, herbs, soaps, incense, and similar products cannot be returned for a change of mind. This does not apply to an incorrect, damaged, or defective product.
- Order cancellation: You can cancel before the order is handed to the delivery company. After dispatch, the return conditions above apply.

Delivery
