Natural Yemeni alum stone is a mineral salt supplied here as rough, peach-pink pieces. It is also known as alum stone, alum crystal, shab, cheb, حجر الشب and الشب اليمني. Each irregular piece has a dry, crystalline surface and a soft pink-to-peach colour that makes its natural mineral character easy to see.

Across North African and Arab personal-care traditions, alum was used as a simple mineral preparation for everyday grooming. It was traditionally moistened or dissolved in water for underarm care, used after shaving, and kept among the practical materials of the hammam routine. In family homes, a diluted alum preparation was also traditionally used to freshen the skin and care for small shaving nicks. Changed your mind? Contact us within 7 calendar days. Keep the product unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Important to know
- Change-of-mind return: You pay the return delivery cost. The original delivery fee (MAD 20 within Safi or MAD 40 to other cities) is not refundable, but no hidden delivery fee is deducted from orders that qualified for free delivery.
- Incorrect, damaged, or defective item: We cover the agreed return cost and offer a replacement when available or a refund.
- Refund method and timing: Approved refunds are sent by bank transfer, Cash Plus, or Wafacash within 7 business days after we receive, inspect, and approve the return.
- Opened or used products: Personal care products, oils, herbs, soaps, incense, and similar products cannot be returned for a change of mind. This does not apply to an incorrect, damaged, or defective product.
- Order cancellation: You can cancel before the order is handed to the delivery company. After dispatch, the return conditions above apply.
