✨ Natural Red Quinoa Seeds — Colourful Grains for Everyday Cooking
Natural red quinoa seeds are small whole grains with a warm reddish-brown colour, a mild nutty aroma and a pleasantly firm bite once cooked. Known as quinoa, red quinoa, kinwa, kinoa, quinua and كينوا, this food seed is also called Chenopodium quinoa. Its colour makes it especially attractive in a salad, a grain bowl or beside a family meal.
🌿 Traditional and Cultural Uses
In the Andean food traditions where quinoa has long been part of the table, it was prepared as a sustaining staple for family meals. It was traditionally cooked in water or broth, served with vegetables and legumes, or added to soups and hearty dishes. Today it fits naturally into Moroccan home cooking wherever rice, couscous or other grains are used as a base.

- 🥗 Stir cooked quinoa into cold salads with herbs, vegetables and a simple dressing.

🥣 Simple Quinoa Preparation
- Rinse 1 cup of quinoa well under cool water.
- Place it in a pan with 2 cups of water or broth and bring to a boil.
- Cover, lower the heat and simmer until the liquid is absorbed and the grains open.
- Rest for a few minutes, fluff with a fork and season or combine with your chosen ingredients.

🌤️ Storage

Important to know
- Change-of-mind return: You pay the return delivery cost. The original delivery fee (MAD 20 within Safi or MAD 40 to other cities) is not refundable, but no hidden delivery fee is deducted from orders that qualified for free delivery.
- Incorrect, damaged, or defective item: We cover the agreed return cost and offer a replacement when available or a refund.
- Refund method and timing: Approved refunds are sent by bank transfer, Cash Plus, or Wafacash within 7 business days after we receive, inspect, and approve the return.
- Opened or used products: Personal care products, oils, herbs, soaps, incense, and similar products cannot be returned for a change of mind. This does not apply to an incorrect, damaged, or defective product.
- Order cancellation: You can cancel before the order is handed to the delivery company. After dispatch, the return conditions above apply.
