These are whole dried carrot seeds, known as carrot seed, graines de carotte, بذور الجزر and, in Moroccan Darija, zriâ dyal khizou (زرّيع ديال خيزو). Their botanical name is Daucus carota. The photograph shows their natural form: small, elongated, ridged seeds in soft olive-brown tones, with a dry, earthy aroma and a gentle celery-like character.

In Moroccan and wider Arab herbal traditions, carrot seeds were prepared as a warm infusion after meals for digestive comfort. - Change-of-mind return: You pay the return delivery cost. The original delivery fee (MAD 20 within Safi or MAD 40 to other cities) is not refundable, but no hidden delivery fee is deducted from orders that qualified for free delivery.
- Incorrect, damaged, or defective item: We cover the agreed return cost and offer a replacement when available or a refund.
- Refund method and timing: Approved refunds are sent by bank transfer, Cash Plus, or Wafacash within 7 business days after we receive, inspect, and approve the return.
- Opened or used products: Personal care products, oils, herbs, soaps, incense, and similar products cannot be returned for a change of mind. This does not apply to an incorrect, damaged, or defective product.
- Order cancellation: You can cancel before the order is handed to the delivery company. After dispatch, the return conditions above apply.
