These whole Moroccan organic dried rose buds are also known as dried rose flowers, whole rosebuds, rose tea buds, boutons de rose séchés, براعم الورد المجففة and الورد المجفف. In the bowl, each loose bud shows its green calyx around folded purple-pink petals and carries the gentle floral scent associated with dried rose. Changed your mind? Contact us within 7 calendar days. Keep the product unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Damaged, wrong, or missing item? Tell us within 48 hours and send your order number and clear photos.

Important to know
- Change-of-mind return: You pay the return delivery cost. The original delivery fee (MAD 20 within Safi or MAD 40 to other cities) is not refundable, but no hidden delivery fee is deducted from orders that qualified for free delivery.
- Incorrect, damaged, or defective item: We cover the agreed return cost and offer a replacement when available or a refund.
- Refund method and timing: Approved refunds are sent by bank transfer, Cash Plus, or Wafacash within 7 business days after we receive, inspect, and approve the return.
- Opened or used products: Personal care products, oils, herbs, soaps, incense, and similar products cannot be returned for a change of mind. This does not apply to an incorrect, damaged, or defective product.
- Order cancellation: You can cancel before the order is handed to the delivery company. After dispatch, the return conditions above apply.

Delivery
