🌿 Traditional and Cultural Uses
In Moroccan hammam tradition, white clay was prepared as a simple paste for face and body routines before rinsing. It was also traditionally mixed for hair and scalp care, where its fine texture made it easy to prepare at home. Across North African and Arab beauty traditions, kaolin was kept as a plain mineral clay to combine with water or with customary mask ingredients.
🧴 How to Prepare a Clay Paste
- ✨ For a face mask, mix a small amount with water until the paste is smooth and easy to spread.
- 🌿 For a body routine, prepare a larger quantity and apply it to clean, damp skin before rinsing.
- 💆 For hair or scalp care, make a light paste and rinse it out thoroughly after use.
- Place the amount of kaolin powder you need in a clean, non-metal bowl.
- Add water little by little, stirring until no dry powder remains.
- Use the freshly prepared paste for your chosen routine, then rinse thoroughly with water.

Important to know
- Change-of-mind return: You pay the return delivery cost. The original delivery fee (MAD 20 within Safi or MAD 40 to other cities) is not refundable, but no hidden delivery fee is deducted from orders that qualified for free delivery.
- Incorrect, damaged, or defective item: We cover the agreed return cost and offer a replacement when available or a refund.
- Refund method and timing: Approved refunds are sent by bank transfer, Cash Plus, or Wafacash within 7 business days after we receive, inspect, and approve the return.
- Opened or used products: Personal care products, oils, herbs, soaps, incense, and similar products cannot be returned for a change of mind. This does not apply to an incorrect, damaged, or defective product.
- Order cancellation: You can cancel before the order is handed to the delivery company. After dispatch, the return conditions above apply.

Delivery
