✨ Moroccan Natural Ashwagandha Root — A Root with a Long Tradition
Ashwagandha is the dried root of Withania somnifera, supplied here as whole, loose root pieces with a warm beige-brown colour, fibrous texture and earthy scent. It is known as ashwagandha, Indian ginseng, winter cherry and اشواجندا; its botanical name is Withania somnifera. The pieces can be measured, simmered and strained at home rather than used as a ready-made powder.

Ashwagandha has a long place in Ayurvedic tradition. The root was traditionally prepared for periods of tiredness, for restoring strength after demanding days and for a calmer evening routine. It was also traditionally used in warming drinks shared as part of everyday family care. These are traditional uses that give this well-known root its place in herbal cupboards across generations.

🌤️ Storage
Keep the root in a tightly closed pouch or jar in a cool, dry cupboard away from direct sunlight and moisture. Use clean, dry hands or a spoon when taking out a portion, and keep the rest sealed to protect its aroma and texture.

Changed your mind? Contact us within 7 calendar days. Keep the product unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Damaged, wrong, or missing item? Tell us within 48 hours and send your order number and clear photos.
How it works
Important to know
- Change-of-mind return: You pay the return delivery cost. The original delivery fee (MAD 20 within Safi or MAD 40 to other cities) is not refundable, but no hidden delivery fee is deducted from orders that qualified for free delivery.
- Incorrect, damaged, or defective item: We cover the agreed return cost and offer a replacement when available or a refund.
- Refund method and timing: Approved refunds are sent by bank transfer, Cash Plus, or Wafacash within 7 business days after we receive, inspect, and approve the return.
- Opened or used products: Personal care products, oils, herbs, soaps, incense, and similar products cannot be returned for a change of mind. This does not apply to an incorrect, damaged, or defective product.
- Order cancellation: You can cancel before the order is handed to the delivery company. After dispatch, the return conditions above apply.

Delivery
Orders arrive in 1-5 business days after dispatch. Delivery costs MAD 20 in Safi and MAD 40 in other cities—free if your order is over MAD 400. Pay in cash when it arrives.
