Hajar El Fak Stone is known in Morocco as حجر الفك (Hajar El Fak), also written Hajar al Fak, Hjar El Fak or Hjar Lfak. These are whole, irregular pieces with a pale beige-to-grey, stone-like appearance. Chosen for customary fumigation, they are a distinctive addition to a home incense collection and to the familiar ritual of warming fragrant materials over charcoal.

- Change-of-mind return: You pay the return delivery cost. The original delivery fee (MAD 20 within Safi or MAD 40 to other cities) is not refundable, but no hidden delivery fee is deducted from orders that qualified for free delivery.
- Incorrect, damaged, or defective item: We cover the agreed return cost and offer a replacement when available or a refund.
- Refund method and timing: Approved refunds are sent by bank transfer, Cash Plus, or Wafacash within 7 business days after we receive, inspect, and approve the return.
- Opened or used products: Personal care products, oils, herbs, soaps, incense, and similar products cannot be returned for a change of mind. This does not apply to an incorrect, damaged, or defective product.
- Order cancellation: You can cancel before the order is handed to the delivery company. After dispatch, the return conditions above apply.

Delivery
Orders arrive in 1-5 business days after dispatch. Delivery costs MAD 20 in Safi and MAD 40 in other cities—free if your order is over MAD 400. Pay in cash when it arrives.
