Oum El Nass, also written Oum Ennas, Oum Ennass, Om El Nass or Um El Nass, and known in Arabic as أم الناس, is a loose natural resin incense blend for the home burner. Its mixed pieces range from honey yellow and amber to russet, deep brown and nearly black, giving each handful a textured, traditional look. Once placed on charcoal, it releases the warm aromatic smoke associated with Moroccan home fragrance and family occasions.

Important to know
- Change-of-mind return: You pay the return delivery cost. The original delivery fee (MAD 20 within Safi or MAD 40 to other cities) is not refundable, but no hidden delivery fee is deducted from orders that qualified for free delivery.
- Incorrect, damaged, or defective item: We cover the agreed return cost and offer a replacement when available or a refund.
- Refund method and timing: Approved refunds are sent by bank transfer, Cash Plus, or Wafacash within 7 business days after we receive, inspect, and approve the return.
- Opened or used products: Personal care products, oils, herbs, soaps, incense, and similar products cannot be returned for a change of mind. This does not apply to an incorrect, damaged, or defective product.
- Order cancellation: You can cancel before the order is handed to the delivery company. After dispatch, the return conditions above apply.

Delivery
Orders arrive in 1-5 business days after dispatch. Delivery costs MAD 20 in Safi and MAD 40 in other cities—free if your order is over MAD 400. Pay in cash when it arrives.
