✨ Moroccan Natural Menthol Crystals — A Clear Minty Freshness
These Moroccan natural menthol crystals are loose, translucent-to-white crystals with a sharp, clean mint aroma and a cool character. They are also known as menthol crystals, mint crystals, crystal fliou, cristal de menthol and, in Moroccan Arabic, كريستال فليو منثول or بلورات المنثول. A small piece goes a long way in an aromatic preparation, which is why they have a familiar place in household scent rituals.

In Moroccan and wider Arab household tradition, fresh minty aromatics were used to scent warm water, refresh a room and bring a crisp note to hammam and bath preparations. Menthol crystals were traditionally added in very small amounts to steam bowls during seasonal comfort routines, valued for the clear, cooling feeling of their fragrance. They were also kept with other scented materials for personal and home-care preparations.

Changed your mind? Contact us within 7 calendar days. Keep the product unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Damaged, wrong, or missing item? Tell us within 48 hours and send your order number and clear photos.
How it works
Important to know
- Change-of-mind return: You pay the return delivery cost. The original delivery fee (MAD 20 within Safi or MAD 40 to other cities) is not refundable, but no hidden delivery fee is deducted from orders that qualified for free delivery.
- Incorrect, damaged, or defective item: We cover the agreed return cost and offer a replacement when available or a refund.
- Refund method and timing: Approved refunds are sent by bank transfer, Cash Plus, or Wafacash within 7 business days after we receive, inspect, and approve the return.
- Opened or used products: Personal care products, oils, herbs, soaps, incense, and similar products cannot be returned for a change of mind. This does not apply to an incorrect, damaged, or defective product.
- Order cancellation: You can cancel before the order is handed to the delivery company. After dispatch, the return conditions above apply.

Delivery
